The beef in this hamper is from a magnificent 40-month-old purebred belted galloway steer grown slowly with care for maximum flavour: grass fed and grass finished on our farm at Spring Hill. After local processing, the beef has been dry aged for 14-21 days.

The 10kg hamper includes a range of vacuum-packed cuts.

Indicative contents:

selection of ribeye or eye fillet, rump, porterhouse, t-bone or scotch fillet

2kg premium beef mince

6-12 sausages or burgers

4-5 slow-cook or roast cuts such as silverside, osso buco, ribs, chuck, brisket or diced beef

stirfry strips or schnitzels

This hamper will be available for pick up or delivery from Friday October 11.

For orders of $100 or more we deliver throughout the Macedon Ranges and to metro Melbourne for a $25 delivery fee per order (opt in or out of delivery choosing from the menu at checkout). For other delivery locations please email donna@waldenpark.au before ordering so we can work out how best to get your beef to you.
